Being Physical Or Sedentary?



                                         The Persuit of Physicality 


                Everyone across the world will always have their definition on living their life. Truth is, all of us are destined to walk through a dynamic lifestyle that can subjected to change as days swarm by one another. That being said, this could be the explanation as to why certain people are more physically fit, stressed, or even healthier than others. Our lifestyles are mostly defined into two categories, being physical or being sedentary.

               Living in a more of a physically orientated lifestyle, I've enjoyed a package of both rewarding yet exhausting journey. To me, I view the human body more as a machine, except being not only ultra intelligent, but filled with emotions. The idea of being physical allows us to push our self-minded limitations and become more adapted to the environment. For instance, raised as a sprinter, we gain acceleration by constant practises on suicide sprints week after week. The other impact of having being physical is that your in a constant state of exercising which is extreme beneficial to become a healthy person. However, the disadvantage of living in a physical life form is over-stressing one's self. The price one must pay is sometimes stressing their body, to the point where they're physically too tired or even painful. That is my stand towards living in a physical lifestyle. All in all, I've lived most of my life being that more physical type of person and I've enjoyed it.

             In conclusion, every single one of us will encounter different lifestyles and cultures which categorizes us into either, physical or sedentary. Living in lifestyle, I have been blessed with a stable good health, the feeling of my body, and the physically adapted body. This is my lifestyle, and I'm living it at the moment.
